Mats Harborn - Scania

Mats Harborn has lived and worked in China for 17 years. He started his career at Scania Beijing in 1985. In 1989 he moved to Scania HQ in Sweden where he stayed for three years. In 1992, Mr. Harborn returned to Beijing as Chief Representative of Svenska Handelsbanken. In 1997 he was appointed General Manager of the Swedish Trade Council in China, a position he held until 2000 when he returned to Sweden and a position as marketing director at Ecolan AB in Helsingborg. In 2003 Mr. Harborn once again returned to Beijing and this time as General Manager of Scania in China.
Mr. Harborn holds a major in Chinese studies and business administration from Lund University.

Katarina Nilsson - Advokatfirman Vinge

Katarina Nilsson is Resident Partner at Advokatfirman Vinge’s Shanghai office since 1 January 2011. She has been working with Vinge since January 2004. In September 2007 she was made head of Vinge’s Hong Kong office. Ms Nilsson has a Master of Law degree from Lund University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese from London University. She first moved to China in 1992.
Katarina Nilsson has previously worked at the District Court in Helsingborg and at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in Lund.

Fredrik Ektander - SEB Beijing Rep. Office

Fredrik was appointed Chief Representative of SEB Merchant Banking in Beijing in August 2006. Prior to this he has held a number of positions within SEB. Amongst them, Head of Trading and Capital Markets in Hong Kong from 1991 to 1994 and the same position in Singapore from 1994 to 1998 and in Oslo from 1998 to 2000. In 2000 he took up a position as Client Executive within Client Relationship Management at the Head Office in Stockholm and in 2003 a position as Debt Originator at TCM Capital Markets.

Yvonne Chen - Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China

Yvonne Chen is Chinese citizen. She majored in Swedish language at the Beijing Foreign Studies University (Beiwai, Beijing Waiguoyu Daxue). Yvonne has worked for Swedish companies ever since her graduation in 1993. She started to work for the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China from the start when the Swedish Chamber was founded in March 1998. She was promoted to General Manager as of the fall of 2005.

Erik has taken various positions within Swedbank Retail since 2004. Latest assignment as General Manager of Swedbank Östermalm, Stockholm.
From May 2011, Erik is the Deputy General Manager, Swedbank Shanghai.

Tom Nygren - Ericsson

Tom Nygren has lived and worked in China for 6 years. Mr. Nygren first moved to China in 2001, after 2 years at Ericsson in Beijing as Vice President Legal Affairs, he moved to work for Ericsson in Malaysia in same position for South East Asia. He later moved back to Beijing in July 2007 to become Vice president Market Development for Ericsson Greater China; from August 2008 he became Vice President and General Counsel for Ericsson Greater China and from 1 April 2010 he is Vice President and General Counsel for Ericsson Region China & North East Asia. Mr. Nygren has worked for Ericsson since 1996.
Mr. Nygren holds a Master of Law from Stockholm University, Sweden and has previous work experience from the District Court of Sollentuna, Court of Appeal in Stockholm and Johnsson & Johnsson Law Firm, Sweden.

Sara Wramner-Wang has been living in China since 1995 and has held various senior management positions in Ericsson, IKEA and Oriflame. Today she is Country Manager China for VisitSweden.
Sara has undertaken thorough business studies at universities in Stockholm, Washington DC and China.
Sara has been very active in the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for several years. She also holds various Board Assignments and speaks fluent Mandarin. Sara is a well known business profile both in Europe and China.

Pao-Ling Chiu

Pao-Ling Chiu is of Chinese origin, born in India, raised and educated in Sweden. Her first visit to China was in 1997 when she spent 1 year studying Chinese at the Beijing Language and Culture University.
In January 2008 Ms. Chiu joined Lotus Travel Holding and was sent to China to become the Project Manager for the companies Lotus Travel and Scandinavian Perspectives until December 2010. She was responsible for special assignments related to special events such as the Olympics 2008, World Expo in Shanghai 2010 and internal organizational processes.
Ms. Chiu's previously work assignments are positions as Key Account Manager, Product Manager and Risk Analyst at the Software Development Company Boss Media in 2001 – 2008. She was responsible for both private media accounts (St Minver Ltd. Including launch of Yahoo.co.uk's browser based poker) and state owned lotteries (Atlantic Lottery Corporation).
Ms. Chiu holds a major in Marketing and Chinese from the University of Lund and speaks 3 Chinese dialects fluently; Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka Chinese

Thomas Sörensson has lived and worked in China for 3 years and is now General Manager at B & B TOOLS (Shanghai) since August 2009.
Mr. Sörensson has previously worked as GM at Kontkab AB. Experts in Industrial Leak Detection with export in Europe, Middle East and China in 2007-2009. As Product Manager within the Volvo group, 2005-2007, with assignments as Consultancy to group companies regarding Brand Exterior Profiling involved in and managing souring and distribution projects in South and North America, Asia and Europe. In 2003-2005 Mr. Sörensson was Manager for a Customer Service Centre within Volvo Group.
Mr. Sörensson is educated at IHM Business School with in Business Economics and Marketing. He has also been a member of the board of Gothenburg Marketing Association.

Lars-Åke Severin is the founder and CEO for PSU (China) Consulting firm and has been living in Beijing since 2005.
He is educated at and continuously working with Special Forces and army intelligence since 1980, Swedish Police Academy 1984, working with the Swedish Police and Security Police for a total of 16 years. Mr Severin has had positions as head of operations for the Swedish Royal Family, founder and operational manager for H.R.H the Crown princess of Sweden and worked with operational investigations team against organised crime. During 2000 and 2005, he was founder and CEO for the Security Consultancy firm LOKE analyse in Sweden.

Mr. Menckel has a Master of Science in Engineering and Industrial Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. He spent eight years at Accenture, both in Europe and USA, before he joined Sapa in 2004 as Business Development & Sales Manager at Sapa Heat Transfer.
During 2004 to 2010, Mr. Menckel was Global Key Account Manager of Sapa AB in Sweden and Managing Director of Sapa Heat Transfer Shanghai. Now he is the Business Area President Sapa Asia & Middle East and part of Sapa Group Executive team.
