Ensuring the success of lean transformation: how to get around the many obstacles?
The Lean methodology has been adopted by many companies and allows them to drastically improve their efficiency. But it is very much more than a tool box. Managers and Lean Experts have to master not only the knowledge but overall the implementation methodologies to get all the advantages that Lean brings. They also have many obstacles to work around.
After a quick review of what is Lean and why it is so powerful, Etienne PERIN, expert in Lean Management and co-founder of the LeanPerf Company, will characterize the main obstacles and explain how to get around them. It will also be an opportunity to discuss and ask questions.

About the speaker:
Etienne Perin has built his very pragmatic Lean expertise in three steps : First as Lean leader. Then he managed production teams in highly optimized environments with Lean methodologies, and he led a plant. Finally, as Lean consultant, before creating his own company.
He has evolved in very demanding environments like two of the best world class French automotive equipments makers : Valeo and Faurecia. Later, he acquired a strong experience in different industries, like aeronautics space and defense, rail, food industry, printing, the services, etc.
Etienne trained a team of 10 consultants to make fully adopt Lean culture to hundreds of manager of a major European company. He is specialized in taylor-made training, and has led very spectacular workshops with quick and substantial results and strong involvement of the employees.
For Etienne, Lean is a win-win bet for every actor of companies. And more than a methodology, it is a real way of thinking.
